Name
Anemone was named for an antique rose that was introduced in
‘Anemone', which is
also called the 'Pink Cherokee', is a large pink single rose with heart shaped
petals that has the dainty qualities of an oriental brush painting. It blooms
early and often repeats in the early summer. The blooms of 'Anemone' somewhat
resemble clemantis in appearance, and they open
medium pink and fade to light pink.
